There’s actually a reason for this! The idea of this video was to replicate historical western archetypes. But this Hollywood concept of a “bounty hunter” is just that, manufactured by Hollywood and Television. It was almost unheard of for your profession to be a “bounty hunter” so to speak, usually people would collect bounties as a sort of side hustle, if you will. Lawman would go after bounties for the better pay, along with blue collar rail workers or ranchhands, etc.
