Hey mate, Recently I started career mode with Sunderland and this formation looks good on them, at least defensively have enough bodies around half space & inside the box. I can say this formation suitable for those who relies on physical and good work rate and can be playable with less than 3 technical player. Since lower division at League One relies on physical, those wide midfielder benefit most of the time from this formation. Also, I found out that for Pirlo's role, you need 1 player with flair trait to help the transition between playing short or long. I bought Aeziz from Arsenal and he really thrived on Pirlo's role. Also Doyle, Winchester, Pritchard & Stewart playing good even with Matete as BWM 💪 Really enjoying this formation on lower division and you get 1 subs here, cheers 🍻

Hi mate, since I discovered this channel my carrer mode experience has been more realistic and entertaining. Please,can you tell me what type of LCM Conte most prefer? Have seen him put in that position players with different charateristics like Sensi,Gagliardini,Eriksen,Marchisio. Is it better a more physical player like Zakaria or Gagliardini in that role or a playmaker like Eriksen or Sensi?

Theirs no secret or magic, deeper genius tactic that only people with a 300 IQ footballing knowledge can see. its literally go 1-0 up and then bring all your players back and play slow, boring defensive football. If I am missing something please let me know because everyone that has eyes can see his tactics clearly.
