    I wish I could have a huge family! I have always wanted a big family..I am blessed with a little boy who is 7 now and a little girl who is a miracle that is will be 1 on January 12th! Both times being pregnant where good, especially with my son I enjoyed being pregnant and I did as well with my daughter i just got more miserable with her towards the end but nothing terrible!...I had terrible delivery complications though..so bad they told me I should never get pregnant again and have another baby it would be harmful to us both..I had a miscarriage before my daughter. I definitely hold both my kids tight I am beyond blessed to have these 2 precious angels! I have thought of fostering or adopting! Bless you all! 😇💙💜💛

I realized I had to much inventory and started pairing down. It's made a world of difference and now we have our house up for sale and the house is show ready or 15 min from show ready at all times. We welcomed our second baby 8 weeks ago. My body feels like a wreck. I labored 43 hours and had a second emergency c-section for fetal distress. They actually had to push the baby back up to get him out. Some of this video isn’t relevant to me since I just got approved for exercise other than walking last week. But The general theme is useful. Just started pelvic floor therapy and plan to start core exercises soon. • @jazzyj4765

    @jazzyj4765

    I think you're misunderstanding what she's saying. After you give birth the top of your uterus is at your belly button or right below it(before it shrinks and is completely back into pelvis) she's saying she pushes down on it to move it where it belongs. There have been women whose uteruses haven't instinctively shrunk back to normal, who have tipped backwards, etc.. She may not be saying the correct words, but after 14 babies, in pretty sure she knows about her uterus and aftercare.

  • @EvolvingHooman

    @@jazzyj4765 Thanks for clarifying that, and I just wanted to briefly mention that it’s more comfortable to be functional with the belly band while the swelling goes down and your body does it’s thing, going back into place. It was kind of the same concept for my reproductive lap surgery, just on a much smaller scale as my lap was a minor outpatient excision procedure. I haven’t had a cesarean and it’s a major surgery, so I’d have a hard time recommending that without your ob’s recommendation.

Please bring meals and coordinate meal trains to your neighbors so that your new mommy friends can work on establishing breastfeeding. We go for light walks as a family in the early weeks. It doesn’t always go back into the right place so it’s best to wrap it. That’s why you see some women who aren’t even fat in any way at all, whose stomach is just poking out forever after a baby because it didn’t settle in the right place properly. It’s worth doing it because if it doesn’t settle properly, you can’t go back and fix it later.

    There's actually studies that show eating the placenta can worsen postpartum depression in some people

    I was thinking the same thing. Opinion about whether it is good for humans vary immensely. It is apparently eaten immediately after birth by all mammals that gave birth except humans and aquatic mammals. To each their own. This mom looks great after seventeen kids!

    Please add the word WERE to your vocabulary. In every video I've seen, "was" is used in place of "were".

    The amount of help she is doing to us all with her videos far, far outweighs any grammatical errors she might be making in her speech.

    @@kdolguin I guess the same person who taught you the English language because there are no "grammar teachers". Grammar is just a basic part of the English language that's taught in the early years of proper schooling. Unfortunately it's something her children will never know.

    You are a strong woman, I’m pregnant with my 3rd and feel exhausted and sometimes frustrated. My kids are very close in age 3, almost 2 and 3months pregnant probably is part of that. 🥲
