If you are new to commerce you will need to create a commerce account instead then select the support chat

I see everything but commerce do you have to create a commerce account or something ? Because I have a business account and all do I have to create a shop or some to get a live chat ?

@@samanthabahena9631 I actually contacted the attorney state general in California. I filed a complaint and shortly after I got it back. Idk if that helped but I believe it did

Honest you can’t do the support of your account is suspended if you want your account back keep doing the forms it only takes about 2-3 days of being consistent to get it back

idk if it’s because i’m in public and on my data but when i clicked on the page today it said “you’ve been logged out” and then repeatedly keeps popping up a “page no available right now” thing on my screen i need the account so baddddd i had a appointment set up and now i can’t see any updates with the person i was chatting with (i’ll add a update when i get home also if they logged me out i lost hope because i don’t remember my password and they won’t let me reset)
