I can't fill out anything. It says you submitted an appeal. It's been 4 weeks now. I do not know why it got disable. They said it was too much activity. It's been 4 weeks and the appeal is still going on. No answer ... I want it back. All my friends from all over the world is there :(

I have now recovered my account- US attorney generals should be the only solution, just find all different state’s complaint form to fill in and one of them should help

The only thing I see is this little notice with the option to press "appeal"... when I try to submit the appeal that you show in the video, it doesn't appear on Instagram's help center. Even when I try to manually type the address, it just opens the regular help center

The appeal form asks me to confirm its me but i can't do that because when i log into that account all i see is "we are reviewing your info" and i cant do anything except for just logging out. Is there even anything i can do??

I just post music I have no idea what happened :( trying to get my account back. I submitted the video but they STILL deleted it. I'm still trying to figure it out, thanks. Thank you for the link! I just sent it. Let's pray this works. UPDATE 1: It says "You Can't Request a Review" and I think that is THE WORST. I had so many good memories on there. UPDATE 2: Trying more avenues of contacting support.

What if you keep getting a “ you can’t use this feature right now we limit how often you can post, comment, or do other things in a given amount of time in order to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later. Learn more, if you think this doesn’t go against our community standards let us know” every single time I try to put an appeal form in. 😭

Ufff I get that for commenting but don’t appeal it if you do it for the first time they will remove it but if you do it again and again they won’t remove the suspension until the date they gave you those suspension are fine like that’s not a big deal. I was commenting a lot and it said “we limit how often you can comment you can comment again until 01-03-2024” somites I can that but for a week only definitely don’t worry about that but just in case don’t comment like every second
