You may go to your file manager then scroll and find phone storage Folder tap on it then you will see WhatsApp folder in it then in whatsapp folder you can see a database folder..

Why you deleted Gdrive backup? You just had to disconnect it after taking the backup. If the backup is gone, there's no way no. You may try local backup to restore chats whatever are there in the local db. .
