What a great video of your visitation Siccas! So nice to hear the guitars from completely different eras. Especially the Lacote which predates the fan bracing. A completely different sound and so good of you to play Sor on that guitar. Many thanks!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I can only imagine how exhausting this trip was. So many guitars; so little time! I have to say that seeing and hearing young musicians with such dedication fills my heart with joy. The notes just roll off of your fingers and I'm reminded of John Williams and the like. Just watched this, then the concert. What fantastic playing! I'm only just beginning the learn this insane instrument and your videos are a great motivator for me. I am a retired symphonic musician and wish I had the pleasure of accompanying you as you are the equal of any soloist I have had the pleasure of working with.

It was cool 😎 that you got beer 🍺. Rather odd to see your response to you blogging on the street. And wonderful to see some of the guitars you got to play at Sicca’s. My favorite part is where you played Study in B Minor on a 1827 French classic luthier.

Just watched your performance, it was out of this world! So inspiring to see someone give their all to their art. Your Mastery has grown, and you make it look easy. Thank you for sharing this.

I get what you mean about stamina, pretty much every day I'm practicing my different instruments full out in school. Tuesdays are really the killer because I have Classical Guitar and Piano during school hours and after school I have Orchestra rehearsal (violin) for another hour and a half (each class period is 1 hour 30 mins at my school). I am pretty much wiped every Tuesday evening TvT I usually just make sure I have stuff to eat or drink during practice, like a bottle of water/part of my lunch at school and a bowl of something like pretzels or crackers at home. I guess it helps because I'm replacing the energy I'm using up while practicing.

One of the most enjoyable KZread videos I’ve seen. Alexandra is a superb classical guitarist, and a charming, lovely person. I see on KZread many women playing classical guitars and classical pieces on acoustic-electric guitars. Are women better at playing classical works than men?

Great video and playing Alexandra. I’m a conventional guitarist on electric/acoustic guitars. But love classic playing. Maybe you could do a piece sometime on the classical guitar. Ie the guitar itself with details about specs, setups, action etc. 🙋‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
