MACARONI AND CHEESE: Make a roux with flour and butter and stir continuously. Add whole milk and continue stirring it in until it’s a smooth, milky consistency. Add seasoning, a stick of cream cheese and a bowl of grated cheese. In a separate pot, boil macaroni noodles with salt. In a bowl, pour the cheese sauce over the noodles and mix together. Pour the noodles and cheese into a pan and sprinkle cheese over it. Place in the oven and allow to bake.
3LB CHICKEN FRIED STEAK: Put the meat through a tenderizer. Pound out 3lbs of wagyu steak, making a flat oval shape. In a large pan, add flour, salt and pepper. Cover both sides with the seasoned flour. Place the wagyu steak in a Tilt Skillet fryer with wagyu Tallow - cow kidney fat (beef fat) instead of vegetable oil. 🥒ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. People either enjoyed my undeniable charm or enjoyed watching me eat things like coconut worms, and thus Best Ever Food Review Show came to be.
I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer. If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.
Don’t forget to subscribe to Best Ever Food Review Show, so we can connect through food and travel and become Bestys!

The song at 7:14 is "Done" by Lvly feat. Emmi. Most of these royalty free songs don't show up on music recognition services, but you can measure the BPM and with a little work go through all the pop music on Epidemic Sound with that BPM. Works every time but slow. If you're reading this BEFRS team, a #besteverplaylist would be greatly appreciated by both me and the rest of the community!

If you are still in Mississippi the place I recommend most out of any restaurant in the state is Old Country Store in Lorman, MS. Not only does the building have a super rich history (as well as the owner) but it's got THE best fried chicken in the USA. All of their sides are also super fantastic. I know you're show focuses on food but there's also a ghost town that's a 20 minute drive from the restaurant that became a ghost town due to the Mississippi River changing it's path and the residents being wiped out from yellow fever. Not something for your show I think but you might enjoy seeing it if you enjoy old buildings and a haunting stillness. Love your show man. Keep up your efforts and I'm glad to see you in my home state.
