Why are Indian office buildings so short in height. And in Mumbai, its mostly residentials that are skyscrapers. They should build tall skyscrapers like in Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.

Becz if you make several offices in one building or 10-20 skyscraper building in one place, this will create lits of challenge, becz the office workers can't be able to find rooms near that area and becz one particular area will becoem crouded and increase property prices drastically, just happeneing in cina there office working need to live like hostel 2-3 in one rooms, for this we nned to first make cheap and well connected metro so this problem can solve. Like in delhi they Make NCR, and swifted all residential buildings there and make metros and RRTs so they can come to new delhi easly every day so they can control congestion.

@_Aman23 bhai China and US also have infrastructure. I still don't understand the real estate market especially of Mumbai - they say land prices are high that's why they build tall residential skyscrapers - but why can't Ambani ICICI Axis Phone pe Adani Godrej groups/companies build skyscrapers like private companies build in New York Dubai Shang Hai or even Moscow. Something is weird here because in every other parts of the world FIRST they build commercial skyscraper like office buildings and hotels, then they build residential skyscraper - in Mumbai it's opposite. In Mumbai, Ambani's house is taller than Ambani' s office lmao. In rest of the world, billionaires live in large 2 storey bungalows and do work in skyscraper offices.
