I NEEDED to come across this video. My dad was diagnosed with a terminal illness about 3 months ago and its been a rough road. I'm feeling desperate and burnt out, and dealing with the grief as well. The last time I felt this out of control I turned to witchcraft. It slipped away from me the last couple of years but I started feeling like now would be the perfect time to pick it back up. Thanks for sharing.

I’m so sorry you’ve been going through it. ☹️ Looking for the little things and giving yourself extra grace and love is always important during rough times. Witchcraft, to me, is a wonderful meditative practice. Even if you’re not sitting to do a big ritual or spell, it’s good to sit with yourself and allow the magic in you to come to the light. Magic is a truly wonderful thing that can conjure a soft, warm light in your heart, and you can draw on it whenever you want. I’m sure your deities are looking out for you in little ways too, even if you aren’t honoring them as much as you think you should. 😊

First of all, I see you and hear you. You are amazing! Been following your platforms for a while now and love seeing your content and getting a little glimpse of your life. This video couldn’t have come at a better time. Been in this position for a while and it’s so easy to get upset with myself for not doing the things, all the things. I think the best word I can describe my emotions and such is numb. These are great little tips and points. Self care in its self is a magical thing that we don’t always think of.

Just found this and thank you. I have been struggling and feeling that guilt/disconnect from my practice and deities. As someone, who is working + uni and just got diagnose with a chronic condition I relate with feeling burnt-out from life. So thank you for making this and I aim to try and use your advice to help me. I hope things are going well for you <3

Food during burnout!! Thank you for mentioning this!!! It's often the first thing to go out the window when we feel burnt out and ironically is one of the things we need most to heal the burnout!

Thank you for your openness and genuine care! I really appreciate this video, as my struggle with depression often bleeds into my craft and doesn't allow me to care about it to my full capacity. Know I'm here, recovering alongside you and sending you all the love I can!

I loved this video. It was so hard for me when my mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness. We were best friends and worked side by side, literally, for years and many different jobs. November 7 will be 9 years and it is still a struggle, especially this time of year as the date gets closer. I appreciated this video as I am struggling with practicing right now. You have many 'friends ' here and on social media who are right there with you and beside you. Take care! ❤
