He’s been in shape for damn near 20+ years at this point. In the show “Generation Kill” in which came out in 2008 and played himself, he was in the same shape. In the book of the same name, it showed pictures of him in Iraq in 2003 and he was still in the same shape. He also enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1998, just to give some perspective for how long he’s been going at it

I heard that Rudy showed the monsters under his bed how to be less negative.

I didn’t even catch that, Rudy scares me with how energetic and happy he is. I’ve been around real killers before and this dude has a different presence to him. This guy lived, breathed and ate despair, it’s just something you can tell about some guys. To be able to show this amount of positivity is a sign of obscene mental toughness or that he’s fucking insane.
