    Though, I have my own sous vide, I usually just boil my beef ribs in the pressure cooker with my own special sauce. Take them out, let it dry, then transfer them to my bbq grill (not gas) using charcoal, and again, keep on putting my bbq sauce. It's always a big hit with my guests. My guests told me I should sell my recipe, lol.

    You can also boil it in pineapple juice

    I would've put them in the oven with the inside facing up and base it with the juice before taking it out

    Agreed. The meat shouldn’t be “fall off the bone” it should have some bite.

    Depends on temp. I’ve done 152 for 24 hrs and 167 for 12. Both end up with perfect tender bite texture
