    I make jicama slaw in my restaurant in Vietnam and thoroughly enjoyed this video presentation of your recipe. I will try this recipe and offer it. Cabbage slaw becomes watery and cannot be kept long but this is a beautiful, healthy alternative. You did not mention the many health benefits of Jicama and anyone considering this recipe will be very surprised when they search it. Thanks Chef
