Hi. My "Oma" taught me almost identical recipe - with one exception: instead dill she used fresh cut parsley. Delicious. Parsley pairs with mushrooms perfectly.

here is a tip for yalls = those are yukon gold potatoes - they fry much better than russets which have a lot more starch and tend to become soggy. also notice that he put the garlic in at the very end so that it wouldn't burn.

So etwas habe ich auch schon desöfteren gemacht. Ich würze die Kartoffeln noch zusätzlich mit Paprikapulver und Thymian. Feines Rezept!

Yo los hago seguido así : Ajo picado 1/2 cebolla picada 5 jitomates rojos picados 1/2 kilo de champiñones rebanados Un pequeño puño.de cilantro picado Aceite de oliva Pongo el sartén con aceite de oliva Agrego Ajo Cebolla Jitomates Champiñones Cilantro Y listo , es muy rápido de hacer Los preparo con quesadillas ( tortillas de arina ) queso Oaxaca Y estás quesadillas.uuuff saben deliciosas Bendiciones Pax y bien 🇲🇽

Just cooked this now, and it turned out tasting great. However, it may be worth pointing out that this really needs a decent cast iron pan to be fully successful. I didnt have one at hand today, and despite tasting amazing, it took a lot longer and the results were different. Need the right pan for this.

I tried it but i added a little more oil So it was oily😅 So i added cumin ,mint ,green chilli ,fried soya chunk and water When it came to boil i added rice It was really very delicious ❤🥰
