Recipe for a MILLION! Mix water with milk! Why didn't I know this method before?!
The rolls always turn out fluffy and don't fall down! This is the best recipe I've ever seen!

Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 150 ml
- Warm milk 150 ml
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
1. Mix with a whisk
- Egg 1 piece.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
2. Mix all ingredients
- All-purpose wheat flour 550-580 g (add in parts)
- Vegetable oil 60 ml (4 tbsp)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important cooking points.
5. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
6. Place the dough on the table
7. Knead for 5-6 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
11. Dough weight 1057 g.
12. Divide into 9 equal parts and roll into a ball.
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
14. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
15. Roll out the dough into an oval measuring 10x20 cm
16. Place a piece of butter and cheese on the edge
17. Collapse, repeat after me
18. Fix the edges and transfer to baking paper
19. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
20. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
21. Make cuts
22. Lubricate with a brush
23. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 22-24 minutes
