1:14 so i made it. mine made eight, but to be fair i had more chicken. (i shredded two chicken breasts that i baked in the oven) I also used monterey jack, (only monterey jack because my family is allergic to spice) and it was still really good. I also didnt have green chiles, which dampened the flavour QUITE a bit, so i added cayenne pepper to give it at least some semblance of flavour. NOW, i usually have 2 rules when it comes to cooking tiktoks, which is 1. no doing recipes made by crunchy white ladies and 2. no subbing ingredients or missing ingredients that are totally essential and i broke BOTH of them. but it was still pretty good!! nobody seemed to like them as much as me, lol. the tortillas were super soft and easy to eat, nothing crunchy which was good for my mom because she has super sensitive teeth.

Lots of reasons? 1. Less dishes 2. Maybe they're very busy and it's easier to throw it away and go 3. What if people are clumsy and break shit. Like kids. 4. Plates are fucking expensive 😂 5. Kids can't hoard dishes that way (personal experience)

there is zero financial advantage to making your own gnocchi. it's time consuming and you're always better off buying pasta. it's one of the cheapest foods around.

Actually in some countries it is cheaper to make your own gnocchi. Ready made are like 4 to 5euros when bag of potatoes cost like less than 1 euro for the amount he used, flour is like 1 euro and vegan milk is 1 euro. And all of those leave something to use on other dishes. So it is cheaper to make your own.
