Andrew, welcome back. So great to see you. Can't believe how elegant this looks for the amount of effort you put into it! ❤👊🏽

Beautiful dish!
Love your cooking 🤩
I LOVE aguachile.....
Andrew, i loved the simplicity of your solo filming at home. it had charm. whatever this is i feel its losing it. keep it simple!
Fire water is the loose translation to agua ardiente. Aguachile is water Chile or pepper . Refreshing yet spicy good try though. Gotta love the food of my people. 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
What knife are you using? This looks amazing! Love oysters! 1213 pm.
What knife is that chef?
Why am I now finding you
It's not Aguachile, but I'm sure it's good for what it is

Stop the continuous music in the background please
this man has no idea what he’s doing even after traveling the world for 2 decades 😭
ME: "Oh this is looking good." 'A little bit of cilantro.' ME: "I'm out." Disgusting vile weed.

You could use basil and mint or tarragon. You’ll have a different dish for sure, but still delish.

Aguachiles don’t need cilantro. Just jalapeños or serranos, salt, pepper, and lime juice for sauce. 👍

agua-chile doesnt translate to water fire it translates to agua = water . chile means spicy pepper 😂
