Recession is Here: Make Egg Waffles Yourself

Idea is simple. If you like some kind of food a lot, try to make it at home. I like egg waffles as it is a childhood food for me so I try hard to learn how to make it. I have tweaked this recipe many times and have gotten it to a point where I am pretty satisfied. I wanted to share this with you so you too can enjoy these really delicious egg shaped waffles.
Waffle Maker: amzn.to/3BcevtW
Recipe makes 1 egg waffle:
2T cake flour
2T corn starch
2T + 2t tapioca powder
0.5t baking powder
3t sugar (add more as desired)
2t evaporated milk
1 pinch salt
0.5t vanilla extract
1 egg
1T butter
Heat machine to 250F cook for 7 minutes.

Corn is likely GMO if you live in murica. Tapioca, flour, starch are already high glycemic ingredients, sugar doesnt exactly add much more beyond what is already added. Tapioca itself has a GI of 70 whereas sugar is 60. There is more protein inside the yolk than egg white contrary to what the "fitness industry" say :) Egg shell is edible btw as long as its grinded up properly. For the ultimate frugal.
