The tip where you said that you have to authentic with yourself and be very careful how to proceed when the ex isn't doing the same work as you and is only putting the blame on you. I feel this is the case for me because in the breakup text she left me before ghosting me 2 months ago now, she only blamed me and didn't take any accountability at all. I entered therapy a week after the breakup and have continued for these 2 months. I also want to get the CHC to heal and hopefully get to schedule a coaching with you or Coach Victoria one day soon so I'm doing the work. Whereas my ex is constantly changing her profile pic on social media to show how happy she is now (yes I know I shouldn't be looking but sometimes it's hard not to) but I mean that I'm putting in the work whereas my ex appears to be doing nothing.

I love the advice about being present… Turning the anxiety into excitement. it’s so hard!

Got my ex back multiple times using no contact. He was gone weeks and sometimes months. I believe he unconsciously used our relationship to heal from his past. I also believe the last breakup will be the last time I’ll see him. Beware of allowing someone to heal at your expense. I’m older and should have known better.

I'm in 3rd round of no contact. Preparing yourself with high standards and strong boundaries is key. I wish I had not met him in person when he broke contact asking until he proved we were on same page.

You hit the nail on the head. Some exes don't do the work. That's why I'm not expecting them to return. I do however agree with the rest of the video. That you got to work on yourself if only to provide yourself with a better life. Maybe you'll find someone new along the way. But, if not then who cares? You've built an amazing life.

Great advice! thank you as always! I went into no contact and my ex reached out to me after six weeks. I listened to your suggestions and did just as you said. The third time he initiated, I asked him out for drinks… And he followed up by asking me… So what are your intentions? this felt crazy because he’s the one who called me during no contact … I was dumbfounded, and didn’t even know how to answer. I pretty much avoided answering and said I just wanted to catch up and see what kind of connection was still there and then he said he wasn’t sure if he was ready and he’d let me know. i was very casual BUT What should I have said??? I haven’t heard from him in 10 days. any advice would be so helpful!

My ex doesn't even want to come back because its been a whole year already of him separated from me, when i would go shopping at his job he only speaks to me as friends but i believe he is gay, i believe he only used me to play it off that he is straight and so his friends could thibk he is, he spends more tine with men, i cheated on him with his cousin and some of his friends because he hardly would touch me sexually, his cousin provoked me and i fell, he drop me last year in 2023 he works so close to my house and doesn't come visit, i suffered enough and had enough regret, i told him lets work things out and give me a second chance but theirs something weird about him, i do believe he is gay

Bank transfer it so there’s proof via electronic record of you paying it. If things go bad, you don’t want to have to pay again if it ‘got lost’ or ‘he hasn’t paid at all’.

Yes I said some insulting words to her. As she dumped me after 8 weeks as I misunderstood her she kicked me out .yet kept seeing me & having sex with me for 3 yrs after until now as she is seeing someone else. I asked her can wr fix it she said no & I said something about her son She knows that we have chemistry & a connection like the same things. She was too scared to say how she felt to her family about me .I wasn't welcome over when it was Christmas day when her family was there. So I'd get drunk & send text messages to her & kick off & say this hurts.. what was I going to do?? I miss her & want to fix it I love her ❤😢
