The story of your life was great to guide you through a real look at your life. If I had worked through my issues earlier in life it would have spared me from so much pain. But perhaps it was the motivation I needed to become who I am today. Keep doing the work on your self everyone!

So well done to this young man. I’m 59 and am only learning now about my attachment style and the types of partners I have attracted what their attachment styles were and why the relationships didn’t work out. If I had known this at 22 what a different path my life could have taken… anyway better late than never … awesome channel you guys are great 👏👏👊👊

One thing that I've walked away with when my ex broke up me is a lack of trust. Even with Craig and Victoria. Despite me owning up and reflecting on mistakes which I didn't do too much. Nothing ever seems to change and that hurts the most. Why would working on this healing course be any different?

Why did my ex who dumped me after two years when I went to an event completely like hardcore stared at me the entire night? Shit baffles me since she didn’t want to get back together couples months back it’s the first time we’ve seen each other after the break up and I completely ignored the entire night act like she didn’t exist.

Why is my ex baiting me in social media to get a reaction out of me?

Does it mean something when the ex deletes last pictures/story highlights after 2 months and now 3 months of no contact?
