My father told me it's common in some parts of Germany for owners to remove any evidence that the car is a GTI. They even put fake Golf badges. (In most countries, if the tail says "Golf" it's not the turbo GTI edition). Then they soup up the engine so it blows out 300 hp (or 400!) and have fun embarrassing Porsches on the autobahns... 🤣😂
