Haha 21 kx owner here , thinking same thing , but I'm glad my kawi has thic timming chain and strong box looking piston.

Where did you get your rebuild kit?

Are the 2021 and 2022 torque specs the same?

How did you get the PDF service manual? I can't find them anywhere

He worked for a Kawi dealership, I’m pretty sure it was exclusive

hey doubt you would answer today but my 2021 kx250f has oil in the stator side wondering if its supposed to be there?

Most four strokes have an oil bathed stator so I would assume the KX is no different

i have a 21 and 22 kx 250 and they both have a little bit of oil in there but it doesnt like pour out when you take the bolt out. so if its a littl bit your good

Was your engine smoking before the rebuild?

Not that I know of, I’m pretty sure it was running fine but just needed a rebuild because of the hours

How many hrs you get out of it ?

Would you recommend using break in oil after a rebuild. I've just used the regular oil I put in the bike and haven't had any issues

I’ve always just used regular oil and I’m at 120 hours on the bike, no issues
