Active listening is a must, red flags are ok as long as you can counter them because interviewers are usually intimidating specially in asking follow up questions. Vernacular is ok too if its just a casual interview wag lang sa final. Also when the interviewers asked as to what are your plans in the future or how do you see your self 5 years from now or do you have plans in pursuing your studies, you have to make sure na kasama yung company sa future plans because BPO companies are looking for candidates na looking for a long term career in their company. And iwasan yung dead air like aaaa or ummm be confident and don't eat your words.

Kasi sa real Op floor if the customer feels that your not confident they will end up calling back and that will hit your stat so it's best to make the interviewer believe na you are confident enough to answer or counter their questions. Remember they are looking for a long time employees and they consider that as their investment.

Paano po ba maging head hunter ng callcenter?

Nagtatagalog ako sa FI ko. Esp sa Accenture.. Maybe tao sa tao ung conversation and we instantly build a connection. I passed. I am now a team lead and I don’t mind answering me in a short tagalog. But reminding them kapg napapahaba na ung tagalog. But it’s not a red flag for me.

I am a hiring manager, the list is quite subjective. I don’t think continuing studies is a red flag. I think it is a good employee who values their future. I support this move as long as the employee can manage their time.

It depends to your own and your company's standards in interviewing random people. Sometimes, you're technically using some mechanisms depending to situations.

The problem with relying on prepared or canned replies is that when the interviewer suddenly decides to dig deeper you are kinda put or trapped in a corner and you begin to come up with 'adlibs' or way out blabbers that leads to inconsistencies and worse it could get you into a nervous state. If you stick to canned replies better be ready with all possible follow-thru questions on the same.

Maganda magpa interview ung cool ka lang ung wala kang pake matanghap ka man o hindi. Madami company jan na pwede aplayan. Tsaka wag pa intimidate sa mga interviewer.

Kakafailed ko lang sa final interview sa optum, tinanong kasi ako kung gusto kong e pursue ang teaching position kasi licence teacher ako, sabi ko lang soon i might pursue but i am seeing myself working in your company 10 years pero bagsak parin, yun pala yata, sobrang honest ko kasi.

if the person is just applying for local accnt asking a favor to speak tagalog/taglish language is okay so long as you've ask their permission but of course kapag ka international program yong post english is a must talaga. This should be also highlighted

Ako na laging virtual interview or over the phone, tas na dedead air bigla yung interviewer tas nung mag sasalita nako kasi di na siya nag salita bigla siyang may tinanong kaya nag mukang bida bida ako huhu niligwak tuloy ako.

Sinabi ko sa initial interview ko na plano ko mag MBA while working. Naquestion ako don, dinefend ko lang na gagamitin ko naman yung matututunan ko sa MBA para mapromote sa mataas na position sa company. Ayun, lusot.

Its okay having these redflags so long as you know how to be firm and defend yourself. In a practical way they know about it regardless if the person is really wanted the job but being honest is something to consider as well. I didnt see any issue with these redflags.

Iyung 2 & 3 po sa mga nabanggit niyo na red flag call center interviews. 1.Halimbawa po planong magpatuloy ng pag-aaral o post graduate studies pero hindi siya aalis at sa halip pwede ba siyang mabigyan ng promotion pag tapos na siya ng masteral o doctorate. 2. Kung planong magtrabaho sa abroad instead may job offer sa pinagtrabahuhan niya sa call center na company sponsor for working abroad na related company. Ito po ba consider na red flag o hindi, salamat po

Kahapon nakita ko email ng alorica bagsak daw ako sa Exam di ko alam anong tawag dun. Parang na tulala ako tapos sinabihan ako ng Tatay ko na ganyan talaga basta tuloy lang sa pag apply. May interview ako sa teleperformance cebu sa June 30. Sana pumasa 😢 wala kase ako experience. Nood2 lang sa mga videos ninyo. SALAMAT SA MGA TIPS!

Pinoy mindset always waiting for the mistakes of course at da first place we're a pinoy and dat's not our first language, in other words it's normal with that vernacular po and opo a sign of courtesy and discipline, so if were and interviewer i would accept that words using po during interview just to consider since very minimal mistakes, however interviewer must give some feed back and advice, just advice to him/her that vernacular wont be accepted during on the job training or on the floor after that po and opo shouldn't have mentioned for sure that applicant would have changed after the training he/she could be good at it.

Paano po pag nag po na sa costumer? Haha dapat binabago yan bago pa mag apply. Mag po ka agad matic fail na yan sa initial or final unless pasado ka na at may tinatanong nalang sayo clarification

50/50 percentage di confident at confident hanggang sa unti unti tumaas yung confident like 60 to 70

Question so what do bpo really need from employee? like 2 - 3 years max? kase di habang buhay call center ka I wanted this to be changed lalo na if commited kanaman tlga sa job and for company's benefit sayo as agent gagawin mo naman lahat. I know it sounds hypocrite lying or trying to hide your plans.. but to me it sounds you're jailed ... like "oh dito kana we need you.. di kana pwede mag abroad/bussiness/study" Enlighten me about this "Loyalty" is it about years? or is it about not having to postpone your job anytime soon ?

Isipin mo na lang nang liligaw ka ng babae at papangakuan mo sya ng Loyalty and love and papakasalanan mo sya then in reality ang gusto mo talagang makasama sa buhay is si Ivana Alawi o kung sino mas yung crush mo hahahaa kumuha ka lang ng experience.
