Can't understand the negative comments below, why can't John have what he wants, he works hard for it and his family supports him. This and the episodes about the 78 are great content. I imagine it's a touch of the green eyed monster on a few fella's. Well wear with her John, looking forward to seeing her on Clyde's farm for a few jobs.

There’s no much Matthew doesn’t know about Deeres. He’s very well respected

John put a starter and a battery on it, will transform it imo. Starter sounds VERY tired.... Good work though :)

Great video and fair play for showing the behind the scenes of tractor ownership and we have all been there at some point and there comes a point that everything you see as you take apart has some wear on it and that's the time to replace or repair it. 40 years ago I remember starting something similar with the thought of a head gasket replacement only but ended up with all that you done hear and a new radiator.... Thanks for sharing this video John and thats a very knowledgeable mechanic....👍

there is an easier way to bleed an engine just remove the return pipe an bleed the diesel with a air break bleeder sucks all the air out and it fires right up

How much of the golden coins have you used on her? She looks good though, just need to put out the horsepower as it should do.

Love seeing people comment on how a tractor is fixed or repaired even restored and the pure expense of it
