36 g (3 tbsp) granulated sugar
3 g (½ tsp) table salt
3 g (1 tsp) instant yeast
30 g (1½ tbsp) sweetened condensed milk
180 g (¾ cup) lukewarm milk
20 g (1½ tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
