*1 cup = 240 ml
*1 tbsp = 15 ml
*1 tsp = 5 ml
Ingredients: (10 pcs)
260 g (2 cups) bread flour or high protein flour
36 g (3 tbsp) granulated sugar
3 g (½ tsp) table salt
3 g (1 tsp) instant yeast
30 g (1½ tbsp) sweetened condensed milk
180 g (¾ cup) lukewarm milk
20 g (1½ tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature

Hi, can replace with the same amount of milk.
So we don't use egg in this recipe?

You’re right, no egg, but i did apply egg wash for the top to be shiny.
