Really appreciate you showing this. I feel like most (if not all) other channels will edit their footage so that it looks like they're getting perfection on every rep. It's important for people to see that everybody has off days.

I'm Brazilian and it's crazy to see these workouts because we do all this and without any proper equipment, most of them are on the street, with horrible balls and it's very rare to wear boots, we always play barefoot, we managed to do it all without difficulty , dribble, finish, have a good vision of the game, imagine if we really had a good structure, I always watch your videos and I'm delighted with the variation of training and the good quality of life that a foreign country presents, much love from Brazil! 💪🏻🇧🇷

Ik this comment obviously wasn’t to me but I just wanted to say that I 1000% get what you’re saying here. Some training sessions you won’t feel like you’re ‘in it’ and some training sessions, you’ll be on fire. It’s just the same in matches! Sometimes you’ll perform and do amazingly and other times you just won’t. You’re only human and even pro’s have bad games, they’re just more consistent overall than a typical player. Just keep going and remember that training is there so you can mess up as much as you need to. It’s better to mess up in training than it is on a match day 🙌🏻

I would start off slower on your first rep just as a walkthrough to get used to the spacing ant type of drill then work your way up. I mess up a lot too, we all do, tracking back when you feel like you did bad is a good way to remind yourself that you can do things and your gonna mess up a lil but if you make sure your not so negative you’ll improve faster.

What I’ve learned from training consistently is that their will be hard days and days you don’t do as good try your best and push yourself and get better rest days are you friends not enemies and not to overload yourself and get injured sometimes I like to push my self but let’s say your trying to get your speed up you should push yourself everyday but don’t run 13 miles if you can’t get passed 2 if that makes sense work your way up and push yourself harder and also trust the process

The drill around the 6 min mark, I think you should try to strike it without feeling you have to be facing goal. You should be facing right of goal as you are approaching, strike the ball on right side which puts spin on it, you don't need to face goal that slows you down a bit

I think you’d be better off waiting until you feel energised to train. If u don’t feel like training then don’t. It’s better to practise proper technique than get into bad habits just to feel like you’re ‘grinding’. That mentality got me injured, it’s important but be weary of over doing it. Take a rest if u need to man, or just train later in the day if u can? Good to see you back on yt 🙌🏼

yeah i agree. sometimes I don't really feel it until I get to the field though. I definitely need to take rest days though, those are really important to grow.

It looks like you do a bit of finishing in each session so you should get a few balls and a ball bag so you don't have to chase after every shot

You should try placing your bags behind the bench to it doesn't move as much. Plus it sounds a lot better.

do the bench have to be strictly on the line (1:44) ?, you can push it all the way further where the other bench is and it will stay still...

Point 6:50 good work, you did a good dribbling not to much speed, this is not what you need now, you need a good ball control, maybe not too fast, slow down a little bit then when you have more confidence with the speed you can add it

Another tips, when you have the ball control you decide where to go with the ball, and also you drive your enemy, the enemy don't drive you
