no, you can't choose they give select the profile you are fit for giving interview and if you interview for digital profile and fail then there is a small chance you get get selected in Ninja

@abhishek Yes for 1 year. If you get A or B band in next appraisal cycle then you will start getting digital incentive but if you get c band in next cycle as well (2 continuous C band) then your digital incentive will be stopped permanently

@@rocked789 hey i am going to join TCS with 7lpa now as fresher in aug...i have planned to work for 3 4years there and then switch ... i am too depressed and worried about how can i make switch..after tcs bcoz in tcs there are mostly support projects and while switching will the switching company ask me questions on my support project or on any technical thing...and also willl they take direct interview or will take aptitude and coding round also.....and while switching i have to apply for specific job tech role.. or just on my resume companies will approach me ????

@@yupp_harish3936 first thing u got digital role! Which is good and yes tcs is having many support roles only.. I'll tell u my story! I joined tcs on March 22 ..i was on bench for 8 months even after having skills ...few of my friends who were having knowledge of just OOPS got java developer role! Few with gud skills got support roles and mechanical design roles! 50% of friends are working in support projects only! 30% are still unallocated...from last 1 year tcs is not having any projects so simply they are forcing everyone to support projects. During 8 months of bench period-I rejected 3 support projects and 2 mechanical project after 8 months i got call for java developer position... And i accepted that project now even for java developer position we don't have development work🥲... I am sure you will not stay for more than 2 years in tcs becoz of low hikes in tcs. U won't get good hike, No learning.. Advice: if u have any other offers..join those u can join tcs later...

Bhai boht hi achha hain. Now you can improve your skills. Most of tcs dig employees i know are having a good work life balance in tier 1 cities. And many of them switched to product based companies. Just believe in yourself and congratulations for this achivement. Best of luck
