Brother leave everything to allah I myself was born premature 44 years ago in a Third World country with limited access to medical care…and Allah (SWT)so far has given me a healthy life proper growth Shukor I pray that Allah blesses your child with the same blessing and much more may your child be the symbol of Allahs mercy upon you and your family 🤲

Tactics of Shaitaan: 1. Tries to get us to forget 2. Will come to us during our moments of weakness to influence us to slip in a situation we otherwise wouldn’t have. Ex: إنما استزلهم الشيطان during the the battle of Uhud. He caused them to slip. 3. Waswasa into our soul 4. Zakhrafa, to make things beautiful and they are really not beautiful 5. Causes people to fear 6. Causes people to speak w/o knowledge or to misguide others 7. Cause disunity btn people Ways to protect ourselves against Shaitaan 1. To have a sincere intention to Allah in everything we do 2. Dhikr: Quran: Surat al Baqara in the house, Shaitaan will not enter the house in which Baqarah is recited (couple pages a day is sufficient) Adhan, istiadha (AudhuBillah min al-Shaytaan al rajeem, I seek Refuge in Allah from the Shaytaan). Saying Bismillah before doing things like entering the home, eating, being intimate with spouse. 3. Overall Righteousness 4. Being around the believers All this causes a wall, fortress against Shaitaan.

This shaykh has delivered a lecture entitled " 1914 " , I suggest everyone have a listen and forward it to anyone interested in what happened in the Muslim world at that time. Its quite lengthy, so my advice is to listen in small increments of 20 minutes daily.

those who are mukhlis,2 dhikr of ALLAH SWT 3 dhikr of surah Baqqara ,prevents shaitan from entering our homes, 4 adhan shaitan runs away , 5 istiaadha say it often ,auudhu billahi minash shaitanir rajeem, 6 say bismillah before every actions,7 all kinds of adhkars, 8 extra piety and extra good deeds , like tahajjud extra nafl etc extra sadaqa extra siyam extra taqwa, hisnulhaseen build a wall of protection ,stick to a community of believers,attend halaqas and masjid regularly ,be in the company of righteous community and righteous friends, we have to protect ourselves from all kinds of was wasa from man and jinn Fortify ourselves against shaitan and become ibadur rahman

This is one of the most beneficial khutbah I have ever heard in my life. There were so many gems of wisdom and so many practical tips on how to move forward from past mistakes that we may have made and become the best versions of ourselves. May Allah bless Sh Yasir and his entire family and also everyone who helped to stream this khutbah on this platform for the benefit of the ummah.

The way Shaykh explained it makes it so much easier to understand how shaytan play with our mind.

So true. We need to forgive ourselves and turn to Allah for forgiveness......

ALLAHU AKBAR! I needed this! Especially as we fast in Ashura

Alhamdulilla. This khutba is so relevant today when we see such manifest evil in 2024. May Allah SWT protect us, guide us, and we seek refuge in Allah SWT.

﴿١﴾ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ 1  In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful. ﴿٢﴾ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ 2  Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. ﴿٢﴾ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ 2  Allah. There is no god but He-the Living, the Eternal. ﴿٤﴾ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ 4  To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. And He is the Sublime, the Magnificent. ﴿١١﴾ فَاطِرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا وَمِنَ الْأَنْعَامِ أَزْوَاجًا ۖ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيهِ ۚ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ 11  The Originator of the heavens and the earth. He made for you mates from among yourselves, and pairs of animals, through which He multiplies you. There is nothing like Him. He is the Hearing, the Seeing. ﴿٢﴾ الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِي الْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُ تَقْدِيرًا 2  He to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, who took to Himself no son, who never had a partner in His sovereignty, who created everything and determined its measure. ﴿٣﴾ وَاتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِهِ آلِهَةً لَا يَخْلُقُونَ شَيْئًا وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ وَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا نَفْعًا وَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ مَوْتًا وَلَا حَيَاةً وَلَا نُشُورًا 3  And yet, instead of Him, they produce for themselves gods that create nothing, but are themselves created; that have no power to harm or benefit them; that have no control over death, or life, or resurrection. ﴿٦٥﴾ قُلْ إِنَّمَا أَنَا مُنْذِرٌ ۖ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ 65  Say, “I am only a warner, and there is no god except Allah-the One, the Conqueror. ﴿٦٦﴾ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفَّارُ 66  The Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them-the Mighty, the Forgiver.” ﴿٦٧﴾ قُلْ هُوَ نَبَأٌ عَظِيمٌ 67  Say, “It is a message of great importance. ﴿٦٨﴾ أَنْتُمْ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضُونَ 68  From which you are turning away. ﴿٦٩﴾ مَا كَانَ لِيَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ بِالْمَلَإِ الْأَعْلَىٰ إِذْ يَخْتَصِمُونَ 69  I have no knowledge of the Highest Assembly as they dispute. ﴿٧٠﴾ إِنْ يُوحَىٰ إِلَيَّ إِلَّا أَنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ 70  It is only revealed to me that I am a clear warner.” ﴿٦٩﴾ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ آذَوْا مُوسَىٰ فَبَرَّأَهُ اللَّهُ مِمَّا قَالُوا ۚ وَكَانَ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَجِيهًا 69  O you who believe! Do not be like those who slandered Moses, but Allah cleared him of what they said. He was distinguished with Allah. ﴿٧٠﴾ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا 70  O you who believe! Be conscious of Allah, and speak in a straightforward manner. ﴿٧١﴾ يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ ۗ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا 71  He will rectify your conduct for you, and He will forgive you your sins. Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has achieved great success. ﴿٧٢﴾ إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الْإِنْسَانُ ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا 72  We offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains. But they refused to undertake it, and were apprehensive of it. Yet the human being undertook it. He has always been unfair and ignorant. ﴿٧٣﴾ لِيُعَذِّبَ اللَّهُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْمُشْرِكَاتِ وَيَتُوبَ اللَّهُ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا 73  So that Allah may punish the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women, and the idolatrous men and the idolatrous women, and so that Allah may relent towards the believing men and the believing women. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most-Merciful. ﴿١٠٩﴾ وَدَّ كَثِيرٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يَرُدُّونَكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِيمَانِكُمْ كُفَّارًا حَسَدًا مِنْ عِنْدِ أَنْفُسِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْحَقُّ ۖ فَاعْفُوا وَاصْفَحُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ 109  Many among the People of the Scripture wish to turn you back into unbelievers after you have believed, out of their envy, after the truth has become clear to them. But pardon and overlook, until Allah brings His command. Allah has power over all things. ﴿١١٠﴾ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ 110  And perform the prayer, and give the purifying alms. Whatever good you forward for yourselves, you will find it with Allah. Allah is Seeing of everything you do. ﴿٢١١﴾ سَلْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ مِنْ آيَةٍ بَيِّنَةٍ ۗ وَمَنْ يُبَدِّلْ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ 211  Ask the Children of Israel how many clear proofs We have given them. Whoever trades Allah’s favor after it has come to him-Allah is severe in retribution. ﴿٤٩﴾ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ 49  Inform My worshipers that I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. ﴿٥٠﴾ وَأَنَّ عَذَابِي هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الْأَلِيمُ 50  And that My punishment is the painful punishment. ﴿٨٠﴾ وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُمْ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ 80  And Lot, when he said to his people, “Do you commit lewdness no people anywhere have ever committed before you?” ﴿٨١﴾ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُسْرِفُونَ 81  “You lust after men rather than women. You are excessive people.” ﴿٨٢﴾ وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ 82  But his people's only response was to say, “Expel them from your town; they are purist people.” ﴿٨٣﴾ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ 83  So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was among those who lagged behind. ﴿٨٤﴾ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ 84  And We rained down on them a rain. So note the consequences for the guilty. ﴿٧٤﴾ إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ 74  Whoever comes to his Lord guilty, for him is Hell, where he neither dies nor lives. Please send it to all Muslims

One of the tactics of the iblees is to cause us to give up hope on Allah and on ourselves.We must remember Allah is Most Forgiving ,He loves to forgive.And no amout of sin you do will stop Him for forgiving you,only if you repent.Saytan stops us from repenting.We must not underestimate the forgiveness of our Creator,who is Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahim. Verily,the Quran says: "Indeed all of the children of Adam are sinners.The best among them are those who repent".

Whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has achieved great success. ﴿٧٢﴾ إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَنْ يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الْإِنْسَانُ ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا 72  We offered the Trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains. But they refused to undertake it, and were apprehensive of it. Yet the human being undertook it. He has always been unfair and ignorant. ﴿٧٣﴾ لِيُعَذِّبَ اللَّهُ الْمُنَافِقِينَ وَالْمُنَافِقَاتِ وَالْمُشْرِكِينَ وَالْمُشْرِكَاتِ وَيَتُوبَ اللَّهُ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا 73  So that Allah may punish the hypocritical men and the hypocritical women, and the idolatrous men and the idolatrous women, and so that Allah may relent towards the believing men and the believing women. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most-Merciful. ﴿١٠٩﴾ وَدَّ كَثِيرٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يَرُدُّونَكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِيمَانِكُمْ كُفَّارًا حَسَدًا مِنْ عِنْدِ أَنْفُسِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الْحَقُّ ۖ فَاعْفُوا وَاصْفَحُوا حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ 109  Many among the People of the Scripture wish to turn you back into unbelievers after you have believed, out of their envy, after the truth has become clear to them. But pardon and overlook, until Allah brings His command. Allah has power over all things. ﴿١١٠﴾ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ 110  And perform the prayer, and give the purifying alms. Whatever good you forward for yourselves, you will find it with Allah. Allah is Seeing of everything you do. ﴿٢١١﴾ سَلْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ مِنْ آيَةٍ بَيِّنَةٍ ۗ وَمَنْ يُبَدِّلْ نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ 211  Ask the Children of Israel how many clear proofs We have given them. Whoever trades Allah’s favor after it has come to him-Allah is severe in retribution. ﴿٤٩﴾ نَبِّئْ عِبَادِي أَنِّي أَنَا الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ 49  Inform My worshipers that I am the Forgiver, the Merciful. ﴿٥٠﴾ وَأَنَّ عَذَابِي هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الْأَلِيمُ 50  And that My punishment is the painful punishment. ﴿٨٠﴾ وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُمْ بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ 80  And Lot, when he said to his people, “Do you commit lewdness no people anywhere have ever committed before you?” ﴿٨١﴾ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ شَهْوَةً مِنْ دُونِ النِّسَاءِ ۚ بَلْ أَنْتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُسْرِفُونَ 81  “You lust after men rather than women. You are excessive people.” ﴿٨٢﴾ وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُمْ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ 82  But his people's only response was to say, “Expel them from your town; they are purist people.” ﴿٨٣﴾ فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ وَأَهْلَهُ إِلَّا امْرَأَتَهُ كَانَتْ مِنَ الْغَابِرِينَ 83  So We saved him and his family, except for his wife; she was among those who lagged behind. ﴿٨٤﴾ وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ مَطَرًا ۖ فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ 84  And We rained down on them a rain. So note the consequences for the guilty. ﴿٧٤﴾ إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَأْتِ رَبَّهُ مُجْرِمًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ جَهَنَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ 74  Whoever comes to his Lord guilty, for him is Hell, where he neither dies nor lives. Please send it to all Muslims

I left church for islam in 2002. the Bible story of Jesus in the garden seating blood at the temptation of satan clearly shows he is not god

It is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an that beware of the footsteps of the devil. Because just as he misled our father by leading them to the tree in Paradise similarly he will take you to the sins in a gradual process which may sometimes take some time.

What do you mean from the beginning of time? Time existed before Adam pbuh. Jinns and angels existed before. Therefore time existed before. I don't think it is correct to say "from the beginning of time". Sheikh is more knowledgeable than me. Just sharing an opinion.
