Love DLO but year 3… might’ve been smart to leverage him for a big wing… maybe like a Herb Jones or OG… that could’ve sealed the deal. Trae, OG, Okoro, Vanderbilt, & AD… defensive juggernaut’s surrounding Trae… Trae + AD provide most of the scoring load but allow OG to shine a bit more… nonetheless rarely would I do anything different on your vids! Great rebuild. So curious to see LA after the Lebron ERA

I feel you! I didn’t want to give up any more first-round picks in Year 3 because I knew we’d have to tear it down soon, so DFS was the best wing I could get on a budget. But Herb or OG would’ve been great! Thanks as always for watching, my guy

@@2KJ_KZread absolutely understood. But you on year 3 , so fuck it! 😂 they are already gonna be in a terrible future situation either way. You know me, I love the realistic setting. & I’m definitely not saying go make 12 trades in one setting like a lot of these weak rebuilders 😂 But in the course of 3 years, so much movement & player emotion could change in the league… once AD gets a lil older they’re done anyway. They sold there soul for him, Russ, role players, & then Trae. Might as well keep selling to remain as competitive as possible… if the Lakers do move those 3 first round picks, they will go into the depths of rebuilding for the next 10 years… 😂 luckily they are a big market so they can still get free agents easily… but young talent??? That might be out the question for the next 10 years either way. On year 3 & 4 I wanna see you go after random young guys like Tari Eason, Trae Murphy, Quentin Grimes, Cam Thomas… Devin Vassel would’ve been a great get for this team too! Teams with a lot of young talent eventually run into cap issues… meaning they gotta part with who they can’t pay…

Well I didn’t let him retire. I can only override it once, which I did. And we didn’t have enough cap space to sign a star. We only had about $18M, which I used on Brown and Okoro.
