A positive note Kirk and the offensive staff were at Greenbay meeting with their staff and watching practice and drills. I think Kirk and crew might be really wanting to learn this more modern form of offense. Let's hope for big things!

I saw Kirk was there but didn’t know the gist of it. That would be a great reason why he was up there! I think Lester’s job last year at GB was ideal. Everyone was so mad when they found out he worked with the defense. But he studied every single offense that GB would face. Think about the amount of stuff you can take from all those playbooks. And GB faced a lot of great offensive teams (49ers, Rams, Lions, Chiefs, etc).

A top 75 offense with a stingy defense could land us a major bowl game. Playoffs,,,?

It’s not Kirk’s offense it’s a form of a shanahan offense. Went to the spring not any of it is Kirk’s.

We will run out of shotgun, the I, maybe a little pistol, rpo. We’ll run a gun formation with two running backs next to the qb that they’ll also run the rpo out of. Theres not really a true full back anymore. Route schemes are completely different. Trust me Kirk even said in his press that its Tim’s offense
