    He did not do skill work after this. This was purely a conditioning day for him. However, it is common for a pro bball player to do on-court skill work before an intense weight room session and we've also seen it after.

    brandon jennings has hit the weightroom serious . thats real work . he used to be skin and bones just wirey . now he's gotten a lot beefier but lean

    Does anyone know his routine or an actual routine that can help me get stronger? currently 16 in my sophomore year, and I want to get stronger and bulk up a little bit (not too much), but still maintain my speed and quickness. If anyone could link me a great routine i'd really appreciate it

    what is the benefit in rotating dumbbell exercises?! I always have seen them as turning off one side of the muscle and turning on another. so half of the muscle is affectged

    You have the wrong idea,this is a strenth,conditioning,and agility workout,not a powerlifting or bodybuilding workout.This helps to prevent injury and helps his on court abilities.

    Judging on the number of reps for the major part of the exercises, he's weight lifting for extra endurance here at the beginning of the off-season, so recovery time must be at least 30 sec - 1 min, depending on the weight percentage. They did cut it off from the vid.

    Eat more food (clean) and you'll grow. Also basketball players should focus on explosive compound movements as well as continuing mobility exercises.

    Oh I forgot, 3 sets of 10-12 reps each lift. Your workout shouldn't take more than a hour (unless your gym is crowded and you have to wait for equipment)

    Workouts they do aren't to get you big simply to add strength and stamina if your too big you lose range of motion and it could definitely negatively impact your game

    Anthony Delgado The NBA is such a physical game bro. you need to have some size to take bumps and checks, especially when you drive into paint to take on the bigs. And having size doesnt effect mobillity, unless your like 6'0 250 pounds.....gains is assential when it comes to ball

    Hey there, have you tried "MUSCLEader (have a look on Google)? On their website you can watch a smart free video explaining how to develop notable muscle fast while eliminating fat at the same time.     Hello there, have you heard of "MuscLeader" (look on Google)? On their website you will find a useful free video demonstrating the best way to build up noteworthy muscle mass very fast whilst reducing excess fat at the same time. Brandon and plenty other guys enjoyed great results using this technique. Hopefully it will work for you also.

    I commend the workout overall but those TRX 1-leg KB swings are just dumb as hell. He can't control it at all and it defeats the purpose of a swing.
