Great video. I've noticed there ARE definitely fake 90ml bottles on ebay around $30-45 nib, but the 1.7oz smaller bottles are often faked less. I just ordered an open box 1.7 for a very good price on ebay, and used the box comparison in this video for some guidance. Let's hope it's the real thing.

Thanks for the video. After watching your exposé I've concluded that I have the legit juice however, I noticed that after a couple months of owning Spicebomb, the liquid inside turned color (darkened) and I could see particles floating around in it. I keep my fragrances in a shoebox in my closet, however I think that dust got into the bottle because it doesn't have a cap. So for those of you who own this, as a precaution, I would advise that you keep it in the box. So far I haven't noticed any change in the smell of the fragrance.

Great video!! I was wondering if anyone could help me? I’ve purchased BonBon by V&R from a reputable retailer. Upon opening the box, I have noticed that the secret code has been cut out? The bottle itself looks good etc and the batch code on the bottle and box is matching but obviously concerned that the code is missing? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

When you remove the cap is the fake spice bomb sprayer silver or black. I got one off ebay for 38. Smells real and looks authentic but i feel like something is off.

Hey steven I just bought myself 1.7 Oz bottle of this & everything looks legit to the engravings like you mentioned but the batch code is not engraved just printed. The chain from the clip is thick but the black plastic below the atomizer is kind of loose,I'm just guessing if it's legit or just a factory error with that plastic part..hope you can give some help thanks man!!

I have a spicebomb bottle I got from ebay a while ago. I did not pay the full price but it was not cheap either. I paid around 40 dollars I think. I been doubting it because I went to the mall and tested it and it smelled similar however different. The box looks real. The vertical lines dont seem to pop out alot tho. However the scent is strong smells good. And last for a really long time. I'm just not sure

What do you think of the 2022 batch?

In my experience, testers have been faked as well as small size bottles, but the biggest sizes are the ones that get counterfeited most often.

IMO: I wear this fragrance for going out like window-shopping at a mall or when I am away from home running errands or shopping. The scent is not flat but very spontaneous, which is a good effect when I am around near people. Women notice it the most not young girls (+18). I am glad my purchase is authentic.

I check at sephora douglas marionaud and it seems all new batches have impinted batch code no more engrave mine is imprinted too

The lettering on my bottle is only printed on, did they change that over the years? Because its other characteristics (box, clip, etc.)seem to be legit...

I just recieved a "FAKE" Viktor & Rolf spicebomb off ebayuk.Spotted it straight away everything was wrong the box,bottle,writing,sprayer.Really bad copy but was refunded straight away as soon as i contacted the seller.Will now use it as air freshner for the car!!!

The black color is darker on the real bottle then on the fake or it may be the lighting

I bought spicebomb from a guy I checked the batch numbers on the site the batch from the bottle is differend than on the box the bottle says its 2008 and box 2016 and when I spray it it last not even an hour it was new in seal and the and there was no spicebomb thing what you can pull of on the spray I think I have a fake one dont know the sample was stronger

+eduardje3 Oh, man. The serial numbers on the box and bottle should definitely match. Also, to my knowledge, all Spicebombs come with the pin. I'm sorry, but you may have a counterfeit. I wonder if you can return it.

Heres the thing...I bought my SpiceBomb from Ebay. Now...My box is the same color as the fake box, but it has all of the attributes of the real box. I also have a perfect bottle, perfect label, perfect sprayer, my pin has the thick link, & my code on the bottom of the bottle is clear just like your real one....& i get like 6 to 8 hours from this frag...So my question is could Viktor & Rolf also have two different color schemes for their boxes ???

Wasn't Spicebomb # 1 on your designer fall/winter list??? I think its time for a formal review. I recently picked up a sample @ Sephora. I like it but I do not love it. The drydown is more tolerable than the initial blast. Also there's something about the marketing that makes me feel like its for teenagers. It's pricy and unique but something isn't right. Is it just me?

Mine came with a square tin can. It has a 90ml bottle with a free 20ml small bottle. I bought it during my recent trip in europe and if my memory serves me right it was in barcelona where i got it for around €80. I hope its a real one

There is a code in the box. Go to V&R website and enter code. It will tell you what you bought. Obviously if fake, you would get nothing.

Hey , thanks for the vid , i wear spicebomb and was running low on my 1.7 oz bottle . and recently went to a outlet mall were they had tons of fragances chose to get the 3.4 spicebomb, get home it looks identical smells same ` but the color of bottle was off from 1st bottle . it is fake just went to checkcometic .net the numbers are wrong , its really a shame ppl do this , but the smell was off plus the juice was `dark not clear like real..stick to sephora , nordstrom , ect . anyway there are several copies of this out now , hope this helps take care.. the sprayer is same size also tested before i bought , i never go to ebay either so fragrnce stores have them now , or middle of mall places stay away ..

Everything about my bottle and box says real. It smells real. The only thing is my box is missing the serial numbers. I'm thinking I got a grey market bottle... real, just bought overseas in a cheaper market, not meant to be sold in America.

thanks for reply! yes sure. I suppose that was reformulated or after 5 years fake Spicebomb got so close to the real one haha. It lasts good on my clothes, it actually lasts good BUT immediately sits close to skin, almost no projection with 5 sprays, just reading fragrantica people saying they have 3 hours and 5 feet projection...

Would notino give me a fake spice bomb and a fake valentine umo intense?
