    Thank you Cath for sharing your journey with us! So motivating! I went through a similar situation, got very fit during lockdown by cooking at home and exercising regularly by watching KZread exercise videos. As soon as we could socialize and dine out again, I started gaining weight and am struggling to shed those extra pounds and get my muscles back! I’m feeling encouraged now. So thank you!

    Enjoyed that chat, got me thinking about the habits I have been doing for ages, eating biscuits, started off with 2 biscuits, now having 4 or 5, and can’t eat a sandwich without having a bag of crisps 🙄, you are right, it does become addictive! And I have become very sluggish and lack motivation todo anything. But I am going to be more mindful in what I eat and get up off my backside and move more, I feel like a sloth sometimes! Preparation is key. Please continue to give updates, and thanks x.

    I’m so proud of you! At 56 I have to intermittently fast to keep my weight down. I have always worked out but for me IF is a game changer. You look so stunning. It isn’t about our weight but it is about our health and our energy and how we feel. Blessings Cath🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa

    I like the idea of setting monthly goals, done SW on and off for years, yes I am a serial joiner of SW. In saying that I have lost weight but put it back on through one reason or another. Before the first lockdown I lost 2.5 stone but because of shielding, my mental health and having mobility issues I put it all back on and more. I never lose fast and have had some time out since re-joining due to chronic pain but I have lost 13.5ibs so far. I have a long way to go but I will get to target because I want and need to for my health among other things. You are doing amazing and thanks for sharing your story x

    You are me - I am you. Everything you have said is what I want to say to my friends and family who say ‘don’t know why you’re going to slimming world’!!! Why do people always say that….. I absolutely love your talk - you are amazing 💕💕. I’ve reached target (I lost 1st 7lbs) and I still go to SW every couple of weeks because I enjoy it. 🤪🤪

    Thank you for being vulnerable and brave…listening to you has helped me on my journey. I joined slimming world on Tuesday…my weight gain happened over lockdown and I agree with what you said about our habits changing and being forced to almost start hoarding food and squirrelling it away as we couldn’t just pop to the shops…I actually had an entire draw in the freezer devoted to icecream and for some reason I became obsessed with buying magnums 🙄😬

    Just finished watching this video, I have lost 17lbs since January doing WW. A lot of what you said resonated with me. I now have more energy, my house is cleaner than it has ever been and I can now fit into size 12 jeans! What is not to like!! Thanks for being so honest!!

    Hi from Florida!!!! Just found you on KZread. I had lost 5 stones in 2021, stupidly went on Keto and trying to get the gains and stalls off of me! Anyways, got back on Monday, 1 day after Easter. Weighed in, lost 2 lbs water weight. Weighed in today, Wednesday and another loss, 2.8 lbs off. All water weight but it does work. And returning, I’m glad I’m back and subscribed. How are you doing now and appreciate you putting out a video, describing me quite a bit. I have new clothes yet to wear. I don’t drink, never did but I had an issue with sweets and junk food so I can relate!!! Wishing you the best and hoping your back on if you are off if it or are still on this? Yes, very sustainable and a healthy approach.

    Thank you for sharing this. I put on 2 stone during lockdown and I had started to lose it. I was walking at lunchtimes and was eating much healthier and then my MIL passed away unexpectedly in February and I just can’t get back into it. I have put all the weight I lost back on...I need to find my mojo again xx

    I went to SW afew years ago. I did not have to lose much but I found it easy to follow even if I went out for a meal. I love the meetings , it really helped. My top tip I still do, is add grated carrot to my porridge it bulks it out and you can not taste it in the porridge xxx

    Hi Cath just found your vlogs, wow you are so inspirational. 4 yrs ago I lost 4st, lockdown came, not good put 22lbs on. I'm thinking of going back, I've got a wardrobe of clothes that are now too tight, I'm determined not to buy any more I have to get back into them. My local SW group I couldn't connect with the consultant maybe I should find another class in the town. Anyway you keep going, you keep vlogging I will certainly be watching you maybe your inspiration will spur me on. Take care x

    Oh yes do it!! I have to admit we have a lovely group and the constant is great! But yes it feels great to get back into a smaller size, lockdown did it for us all but just think in 3-4 months you could be down that 22lbs! That’s only October! Do it now!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

    Good for you Cath, your doing great 👍 I had the opposite, I lost 20 lbs during covid because of emergency gallbladder surgery, stomach issues and chronic chest pain that no doctor could figure out. By doing research on chest pain I came across costochondritis which is inflammation of the cartilage in the sternum and rib cage which was confirmed by my physiotherapist. I’ve put on about 5 lbs which is ok as I’m 5’5” tall and slim but now look healthier at 135 lbs. wishing you all the best on your weight loss journey 🥰🤗

    You are doing a great, if you should happen to know the chocolate bar that is syn free I would love the name of it lol. I am only joking. A great video that is so easy to watch, like having a coffee with a friend. Keep going and stay strong. I have nearly lost two stone with slimmers world. Nearly at my target weight so I am so happy. It’s very sustainable and I know I can keep it going and pop back at any point. , such a great feeling and I have loved every minute of it. Keep posting x

    I’m on the same boat as you January 22 decided I had enough and have now a nutritionist. My progress has been slow but in total I have lost 6 kilos and there is no coming back still 8 to go.

    Hi. Just to say that Protein is not an A choice. I think you mean dairy. Protein is your meat fish etc which is free food. Well done on your weight loss.

    It's not protein you are measuring as a lot of protein is free. It's dairy which is measured as your Healthy Extra A, not protein
