not just chennai entire tamilnadu fell in love with this track.. i was travelling from trivandrum to kanyakumari in train, i happened to see a married couple who vibed for this song along thier journey by playing this song in their mobile and the lady sang for her husband while track was playing... such an impact ...masterpiece ..lowfi chill song

Madhushreeji has sung some evergreen songs for ARR, but if I had to choose, she has 2 of my all-time favorite ARR numbers - Mayilirage from Anbe Aaruyire and Hum Hain Is Pal Yahaan from Kisna. Both songs have a deep melody that only a classically trained singer like her could do justice. This was a great episode.

Those days behind cassette cover the name of singers used to mention...I remember the name of Sujata Bhattacharya was mentioned & later we used to see Madhushree with same voice...Then there was no internet no youtube no social networking...so we never used to see or come across the people behind the scenes...so youtube has become such platform to the stars behind the scenes...Madhushree great singer with unique voice...eagarly waiting to hear more from her...

I'm unaware of this beautiful Mallipoo song which is not in Telugu as much I know but the fact that it gave a new life to this singer is really amazing. Ofcrs, she touched on some good topics like how she had to change her name, how she had to go door to door for auditions, waited for the call from Rahman twice and much more.
