I think the tunes that A R Rahman composes for the film, the final composition, is perfect. Why does Hariharan change the tunes while singing in concerts ? If the songs are sung as perfectly composed by A R Rahman, it'll sound wonderful.

That does not mean u can change the motive and emotions of the song. We Bengali have lot of emotions with this song. Rahman is an idli dosa chap he does not understand the sweetness of our song.

Shivamani sir one factual error. CHANDE is tradional instrumant of THULUNADU not Kerala. Malayalees had adopted the same by Thuluvas.

One more thing Kerala is culturally inspired by many ways or other by Thulu Haritage. for example even the script used to write Malayalam a Thigalaari Lipi is direct contribution of Thulu to Malayalam.
@@shhegade1 Malayalam language is mixed with TAMIL and Sanskrit. Not only Malayalam language .Tamil language is the base of all Dravidian languages.
@mannan1544 No sir. kindly study philology. in Dravidian Linguistics tree at large Tamizh and Thuzhu are twins born more or less at the same period, are with around 4500 years old documented history. Kannada followed by 3800 years old written history. next is Thelugu with 2400 years old history. finally, Malayalam with about 600 year history. well, it doesn't mean only five Dravidian Languages does exists. there are some more aswell, ie Badaga - Irula- Koraga - Koracha - Brahooyi - Gonda - Kodava etc. here, myself had mentioned dominant among the family.
