Law:
UK knife law allows you to carry non-locking pocket knives with a blade length up to 3 inches (7.62 cm) without any need for a valid reason.
Knives with a fixed non-folding blade, a folding knife with a blade over 3 inches in length or a folding knife which locks in place require the person carrying such a knife in public (Whatever age), to have good reason for carrying the tool.

The vale was my choice because, like yourself it's higonokami reminiscent. Another great video Gus 👍

A modern industrial folder with Japanese Higonokami undertones - for sure, had to get one! 😁 Thanks for watching buddy, atb Gus 👍

I love that cut out! That Sheepfoot with the scissors is an amazing knife! I would definitely remove the clip. It ruins the line! That second knife was also really cool. That slightly upswept "Reverse Tanto" was pretty cool. A really cool pair of knives! These just might make this American order a few things from Heinnie Hanes!

I hear you buddy, that would be cool... it would be great to have the option to switch it up for a 'custom build' - perhaps I will do a future vid and catabolise both for a 'Vale & Scissors' ✂️ 😉 Always appreciate feedback, thanks for watching, atb Gus 👍

I work in a commercial kitchen and regularly use the vale knife. Strong, sharp and reliable.

That is interesting, I would of thought you would require a larger, 'fixed blade' version, due to any possible bacteria, harbouring in the folds or pivots... Thanks for for your valued feedback, Atb Gus 👍

@@gadgetgus we've plenty of kitchen knives... All blunt though. And I sanitise it after use thoroughly. I could sharpen everyone's knives but just cannot be arsed 😂
