혜화역에 달고나 파는곳이 2군데 있어요. 하나는 제가 촬영한곳이고, 다른 한군데는 노부부가 하는 곳인데, 노부부님이 운영하는 달고나는 직접 촬영현장에 가셔서 만드셨다고 해요. 그리고 제가 촬영한곳은 처음으로 선택받아서 대량으로 납품 했다가 두께 문제로 현장에선 쓰지 못했다고 합니다. 정확한 달고나 정보를 원하시는분들이 계셔서 글로 남겼습니다. 영상시청 감사합니다.

There's 2 places where you can buy dalgona in Hyehwa station. One is by this guy and the other one is by old guy. Old guy went to the shooting place and made them for the drama by himself. This guy was ordered to supply pre-made dalgonas but they couldn't use them because the dalgonas were too thick.I hope this translation is helpful even it is not good english.

달고나는 하얀색 포도당을 녹여서 소다 넣어 부풀어 오르게 하고 그것을 국자채 들고 나무젓가락으로 떠먹은후 나중에 물을 부어서 달달한 물까지 마신것이었으며, 뽑기가 일반설탕을 녹인후 소다를 넣어서 이를 바닥에 부은후 금속틀로 찍어서 굳힌다음 드라마처럼 틀모양대로 뜯어내면 공짜로 하나를 더 주었던 것으로 기억합니다.

The trick is that when the sugar is melting you need to mix the melted sugar with the non-melted sugar until you get this candy thingy that doesn't burn. And the baking soda part, if you see that it's getting really hot remove the candy off the flames for a while and then place it back on.
