For the record, john you are wrong, the small scorpion is 50x more venomous than a adult size scorpion. And also for the record, Nikki you are also wrong, even if you eat all the smallest scorpions in the world, you will be fine because scorpions are venomous, not poisonous. You would think people would look up their fears online to see how they work/tick so whenever there is a time where you have to be brave, you would be prepared. #teamjohn

the thing with juvenile scorpions/snakes, they cant regulate how much venom they inject into their prey. which sometimes can be more deadly. however eating something dead & venomous is harmless as it can't inject venom. with the exception of snake heads which can still move, and inject venom for hours after they've been killed

Actually many cultures happily eat scorpions (watch “An idiot Abroad” when they’re in China). If it’s sold in a can, ready for human consumption and is shippable in the US, I think you’re gonna be just fine.

Scorpion venom must enter your bloodstream to hurt you. Stomach acid is more than capable of breaking down the protein. However, if someone has bleeding ulcers they can very well die from ingesting the venom. Those scorpions are very venomous.
