The firecrackers on the toilet seat were just perfect.

My wife and I used to hide a large rubber tarantula in unexpected places for the other to discover. The finder hides it again after they have been surprised by it. It was a challenge to find a good place. One day I tied a string of rubber bands together and to the tarantula and taped it to the underside of toilet seat. One day when I was in the basement I heard a scream. I never saw that tarantula again.
