Meat is sweet, silky, but slippery. Closest comparison is raw scallops in flavor but not texture.

@@mixtureoflife9783 its not raw. The saltiness in the soy sauce keeps the germs out and fermented. Its not so much different to smoked salmon or any salted fish

不必要に愛想笑いもしない、わざとらしく美味しそうには食べない、食べ方は本当に一人で家庭で食べている感じで、本能のまま食べている。 それがとても良いのです。 カメラ目線も一切なく、だいたい無表情。 自然体で好き。 料理がとても上手いよね、たまにレシピ真似してる。
