No importa lo que valga la construcción del nuevo Bernabéu . El mejor club de fútbol del mundo tiene que tener el mejor estadio del mundo. El Real Madrid es una marca de prestigio mundial Una maquina de hacer dinero amortizará el coste del estadio en pocos años.

Clearly is a game changer. It is necessary to be able to see beyond our noses to understand it. If you have a multifunctional stadium where there can be NFL, NBA, NHL games, fashion events, concerts, tennis and everything you can imagine, that means you can earn hundreds of millions of euros a year. Still can you say it's a waste of money? Think twice.

How can it be a mistake if they have already contracted the exploitation of events to Legends, which estimates income of 400 million a year, 80 million for the Legend company and 320 for Madrid. In 3 or 4 years the renovation of the stadium will be amortized and that is without taking into account the rest of the income that the team has.

@@ja1212az In the contract signed for 20 years, Legends pays 360 million, if 80 are for stadium costs, there are 280 left.

There is a bit mistake in the video. The man who appears at 1:17 is not Don Santiago Bernabeu, he is Don Francisco Gento a Spanish footballer who played for Real Madrid and passed away last year.

The guy in the picture (min 1:16) is not Santiago Bernabéu Actually is one of the biggest legends in Real Madrid history. Francisco Gento (paco Gento) Mr. Gento in one of the top scorers in Real Madrid history (8th position) Please try to find the Real Santiago Bernabéu picture to fix the only big mistake in your video. Thanks. Inmaculada Ramos is just a kind of troll. One of those people talking about things they don’t have a minimum knowledge. Surprised why that woman appears in your excellent video. Inmaculada Ramos hasnt been in NY or London, 5th Avenue or Oxford street are waaaay narrower than La castellana which has 9 lanes.

3:17 LMAO ! 'hosting a Beyoncé concert, a Real game next and a NFL game the day after ' As if that is gonna happen ! A Beyoncé stage needs 3 days build up and 1 day dismantling with 1-3 show days in between. That will take for one artist 5-7 days between the regular game days of Real . And 'NFL' requires a lot of adaptations as well . Mega concert tours are planned more than a year ahead, but the La Liga competition schedule is planned in may/june before the competition. Let alone the dates for Copa del rey and Champions League are decided on a shorter note. This all will mean it will be virtually impossible to plan weekly concert gigs between the Real games .... Arena Auf Schalke and the Gelredome, Arnhem (NL) are also roofed stadiums with a moveable pitch. But these stadiums don't have concerts during the season. They have gigs in the summer and winter break (hardly existing in Spain) and sometimes during International team dates. But not regurarly during the season ! Another point are the cost of switching the pitch. In the Gelredome they limit the numbers of moving the pitch , because of the systems wear&tear and maintenance costs ... (And thus limiting the profitability of the ground ). So let's see how many gigs there will be in the (incredible) new Bernabeu ..

Slats in that side r a bit horizontal , why? Could be : -reflection ,it s a big challenge because there is traffic and people around . -let natural light inside

Final inner and outer lighting are not in place yet. There is still plenty of work to do in the internal galeries and amenities. Work plan is to prioritize to finish funcional facilities for football first.

El Bernabeu va a ser el mejor estadio del mundo. Otra cosa en el video habeis cometido un error cuando estabas hablando de D. Santiago Bernabeu aparecio la fotografia de Paco Gento antiguo jugador del Real Madrid pero logicamente no era la fotografia de D.Santiago Bernabeu antiguo presidente del Real Madrid. It's not a geographic distinction, it's a language one. A billion is one thousand million, un billón son un millón de millones.

I think you abuse of the rendered images and videos when the stadium is almost finished. As everyone can see, there are quite some differences between the renders and the final result, specially the façade. Also, it's funny that when talking about the possibility of the stadium to hold big events you show Bruce Springsteen, who will play (three times I think) in Madrid next year... but in the Wanda stadium.

Its looks alright look at Man Citys new stadium 🏟 makes Madrid look like a Sunday team 2.6 billion just on a stadium and not silly euros pound notes 😮
