that lazio massively underperformed that season in the champions league. lost to anderlecht and leeds prior to this match, and after a 2-2 draw at the olympico they were eliminated from the champions league after just 4 matches in the second group stage. such a shame

@@soulsmischief2626 i m teenagers when serie A still best league, there are club call magnificent 7 in serie A, Juventus, inter, milan, Lazio, Parma, fiorentina, Roma. All this club is very big at time Back to 90's every club in serie A is busy to beat each others, to get Scudetto, in 90-2000's serie A air rating is higher than EPL, la liga even Champions league. Seri A in 90's like super liga where every club busy to beat every magnificent member. Only Milan take Champions league seriously, it the opposite with inter and Juventus, they more take serie A more seriously

@@suryoardi7109 no. We had a weak season generally. We underperformed in Serie A too, in this match you can see Zoff as head coach, well, he had just came in, we started this season with that fat slob of zaccheroni that was then sacked after 14 very poor games and an humiliation in the derby against Roma. Zoff fixed a few things , he's a much loved legend for us, but we had many injuries (Claudio Lopez and Stam, often Peruzzi and Salas too), was a very troubled season for Lazio. Hope it clears.

Eran la Juventus, Inter Milan, Parma, Fiorentina, Lazio, Roma y el AC Milan. Incluso el Palermo a mediados de los 2000s llego a tener un buen equipo. Pero ya hace muchisimos años que todo eso acabo y la liga italiana ha quedado en el olvido asi como la seleccion azurra.

In that time, a player in offside position in the passing line, even if he doesn't touch the ball, was considered offside. Offside was always polemic, it is an inconsistent rule.

Y pones la edad como si después no la hubiera cagado, solo hace falta recordar la final de Lisboa. Es de los peores porteros que hemos tenido con mucha diferencia.
