You may be able to switch it out to two triangle ones overlapped and inverted they are not too pricey. So helpful!!!!!

Also what type of screws did you use to mount the hooks to the surface?

Can you tell me what Guage size of the chain you used for tension?

If you could do it over again, would you have specified "Straight Sides" (at least on the lowest section) on your custom order?

I didnt customize it. I like the crescent shape now, as I didnt really in the beginning. It adds a little non-symmetrical look that is growing on me.

How long do these last? With all them small holes it cant block out any UV rays at all.

I've had mine 4 years.

Nice, I done the same thing and measure wrong. Wasn't a big deal and I could just purchase a true square tarp or a bigger one.

"Allow up to 10% stretch" sounds like potentially much more than the 8-10 inches the company suggests on their Amazon ordering pages. For example, I've got a 19-foot span in my plan, and had intended to order 18' for that leg of the triangle. Should I go even shorter??

if you go shorter, you may get two short.......BUT - You can always add your rope/chains at the end like I did to compensate for length.

@@Pondiver Good to know. I'm trying to conform one edge along my eave, without leaving a gap on that side (may even order a straight edge there). Hoping to Goldy Locks the dimensions without the need for much (if any) rope or chain, just D-hooks plus a turnbuckle on one corner if I'm lucky.

are those Purple Martin birds im hearing in the back ground? Btw, you can dig those post up With the concrete move them and pack the dirt around them with a 10pd sledge hammer and they will be just as good

Sparrows and Sterlings are our biggest threat. We've tried EVERYTHING. We've seen the sparrows do horrible things....even dragging the baby Martin's out. They peck holes in eggs and sorts of crazy things. The sparrows continue to degrade the Martin's community by nesting with trash and plastics. As you can tell with my reply, I have waged war with Sparrows for years and they always return with bigger numbers.
