It would be extremely helpful if you added your "actual real estate videos" as proof you know what you're talking about. I think many want to see your work.

Thanks dude . In the near future , probably you could add real footage from what you have taken based on what you are saying your viewers should be doing - Final footage of your shots would go a long way to help your viewers . Say and show practically would be more convincing . My two cents . Good luck .

Hi Dennis..What do you think about Canon 6d with a gimbal for videos?can be a good combination for real estate videos? i know is always good to shoot at 60fps for Real estate but still wondering if 6d is a good camera for videos

thank you for the video, would you still recommend the Fujifilm X-T3 in 2022 for best value 4k 60fps?

Hi there. First of all, congrats for the video, it really helped me a lot. But I have a question about the manual focus, for me it only works when you keep your distance to the subject, is it correct? AF would be better when you're moving on? Getting in on a room for example? PS: sorry about my English, I don't know if I was clear. Greetings from Brazil!

Can you explain how to adjust the manual focus for these shots? With such a low aperture, I imagine setting the focus point farther away. Do you use focus peaking?

Well done - THANKS! I wish I could solve for blown out windows (when the outdoor scene is really great and you want it to show well). Easy with photos and difficult with video. Maddening that.

Agreed. It definitely helps with highlight recovery to shoot in log format but still challenging for sure

can i use 2 picture profile like one for outdoor and one for indoor? and second why didn't you choose the S-log 3 and what's the difference between the S-log3 and HLG3? and last and least what is the difference between the HLG 1 and HLG 2 and HLG3?

Hi Dennis I'm still learning real estate videography but use to be a portrait photographer and always worked in RAW and used a grey card. So question why not using a greybeard in videography, oops you got there

Thank for the tips. I really enjoyed your video. But man what is wrong with you lightning on your face. The left part looks nice bht the right side is in to much shadow and has this glare. is it intentional?

hey your frame blue noise background is so distracting for the viewers ,,minimize in your talking maintain video as min 6min,, keep up the good work love the content thanks

Lowest iso doesn’t always mean less noise. Cameras have a native iso. My canon R5c is 800 and 3200 so the 800 is less noise and better then 100iso.

Thats true, very good point! Although I have heard that at least in some cases, base iso is best for the highest dynamic range, but not necessarily the noise performance.

Can’t you edit in premiere? To make the walls whiter

  • @intotheoccult3654

Yes and no, here’s a example for you. Say the room you’re filming is has warmer lighting and you incorrectly had the white balance set. You take the eye dropper tool and pull down the yellow from the white walls. If anything in that clip has that yellow color, such as highlights, bookshelves, etc. you end up losing the color there as well.

  • @talkingheadfilmschool

Definitely! One of the best ways I know is to mask out the walls (by hue and luminance) and then just lower the saturation for this masked area. If the wall is white, then there is no color, right? So that way we can get the wall perfectly white every time without loosing anything in any other part of the image because we masked it out! :)

Why did you put that old film grainy overlay over your example videos??? LMAO
