I find your podcasts absolutely fascinating, especially because they cover several aspects of the British culture, something that we English learners are interested in. I listened to this long podcast without realising that because time flies when something's compelling. I love afternoon tea, although I try to reduce the amount of teas daily; I rather go for herbal infusions more and one of my favourite is peppermint. I do love English Breakfast tea with plant-based milk, because I'm vegan. I've never had Prosecco with my tea and it sounds quite weird for me and I agree with Charlie, for choosing Prosecco over Champagne (well I'm Italian and I have a soft spot for Italian wines). Anyway you made me starving gals with your video and I'll for sure try the afternoon tea experience, once I'll be in London...soon! :-)

paragraph 1 : ( 0:40 - 1:23 ) Food is general is probably my favourite topic to talk about, And afternoon tea, I like it very much. I suppose it’s one of those things that I don’t have … it’s a treat for me. it’s something that perhaps me & a family friends will do on a birthday (or like I say,) 或者就像我說的, is a special treat (rather than it being something) that I do regularly at home. 這是特別活動, 而不是某種天天會做的事 I have to say that life has got (rather boring) for me because I try not to eat too much refined sugar, trying to be healthy. ** rather boring -"The movie was rather boring.” 無聊的電影 So, that does change afternoon tea a little bit for me. But the joy of afternoon tea is that it’s not all about the cakes.
