    Honestly the most amazing thing about this show is the little details they put in. For example the red blood cells outfit slightly changes colour to show when she's carrying oxygen or not. I will also mention that the red blood cell getting lost isn't such a detail but just a character trait even though its quite a popular theory that she is a sickle cell which isn't true as far as I'm aware.

  • @Roboshi2007

    @Roboshi2007

    3 жыл бұрын

    Yeah it doesn't hold up too well as a sickle cell would get stuck more than lost also she wouldn't be the only one by far. Her "sickle" on her hair is actually an Ahoge which is just a troupe in japanese animation to describe a character prone to mishaps and generally being clumsy.

    Cool detail About Red blood cell-chan 1.Hat - Actually is iconic of Red blood cell (EZ to see, right) 2. Jacket - this is one small detail about her. when the first half of this ep. she wearing brighter color while another half, her jacket gone darker color. because describe of this cell when they carrying O2, they have brighter color. When they exchange to CO2, blood went darker color. so this anime made their jacket can turn inside out for switching color when carrying O2 and CO2, include her hat too! 3. Hair - this one surprising me, Looks closely at her Ahoge shape, it likes Sickle. plus her personality is a bumbling or carefree character who always getting lost. It describes her as a Sickle cell traveling around the vessel while getting into trouble, stuck, or go a WRONG WAY. I know all this from the official manga itself, they did a lot of good work!

    I don’t know if you’re planning to finish the series, but if you do, it’s got some wild stuff (spoilers ahead): Abrasions = giant pits leading to the void beyond. Influenza = a zombie apocalypse. Macrophages = awesome killer maids (“Ara ara!”) Parasites = kaijus. Allergic reactions = the systemic destruction of the body. Steroids = ED-209. Cancer = a tragic mutation straight out of Resident Evil. And that’s just in the first seven episodes.

Every anime needs something to keep you watching, mystery, comedy, epic cuts. This anime keeps these "I don't like school" guys watching because of the comedy, making them learn more and they also like it, successful way to teach. It's a good way to have her introduced to new things as a storytelling device, and from my understanding, more common in southeast Asia where anime originates.
