I have been criticized for this video because people assume I am "egging" him on or purposely terrorizing him, but the fact is that he does this ALL the time over EVERY little thing! Scranton Travelers Yea, some birds just don't like new things. My bird bites at my phone if I'm listening to something that has a bird sound. Or if it gets too close to him. Or if someone on a video looks at him wrong. Same goes for my laptop. Personally, I have a Quaker, so they're pretty aggressive to begin with. But he also has PTSD, as he used to be a Middle School bird who was constantly poked and prodded by children with pencils and things. A student took him home to keep him safe, but after that boy went to college, we adopted him and he fell in love with me. Now he's my best friend in the whole world. But his time in the Middle School has scarred him, so he's super anxious and trusts NO ONE except for me, he hates new things that aren't the toys he grew up with (we've tried to buy him new toys, because apparently most Quakers are collectors. But he isn't. He hates change). He can't stand other birds because it reminds him of when other birds were around him at the Middle School, he's scared of trash bags, vacuum cleaners, plastic bags, pencils, men (except for me, I am the exception to him), little kids, and anyone getting too close to me (whenever he sees my girlfriend kiss me, he goes nuts because he assumes she's hurting me and he wants to protect me. It's actually really sweet). So yea, I understand what it's like to have a bird who attacks almost everything. I once let him out of the cage around my mother, as she used to be able to pet him before he fell in love with me, and he jumped on her face and bit her really hard. I had to grab him and pull him off, and ever since then he isn't allowed out within 5 feet of her. Fortunately, he doesn't know he can fly, as he only flies in a panic, and that's usually when he just goes crazy and keeps flying in a direction until he hits a wall.

My favourite "Far Side" cartoon, is an old wild west saloon full of budgies. There is an overturned table beside a mirror. The "sheriff" budgie has his wing over the shoulder of another budgie who is looking angrily into the mirror. The sheriff budgie says "Whoa, back off Bobby Joe ... that's just your reflection".

I am surprised the toy can withstand the parrots sharp beak and stay in good condition.

Guys, seriously, STOP messaging me telling me that my bird is "abused" or "aggressive". I have raised him for the past 20 years (almost 21). He is MY ENTIRE WORLD, he is a son to me. He is not abused just because he is knocking around these toy birds. Lighten up or don't watch - it's really THAT simple. You know nothing about him or me, we are best friends. And another thing - STOP telling me about his beak! I have said numerous times that HE HAS A BEAK INFECTION and he is seen by a vet ON A MONTHLY BASIS to be trimmed. He also has medicine for it at home. It is not my fault that his beak overgrows so quickly. He had a flake a few years ago and some food got stuck under it that I didn't know about - and it grew a fungus. So now for the rest of his life we will battle this problem. I do not need people on the internet giving me their opinions about what's wrong with him. Again, YOU DON'T KNOW HIM. That's insane! I have a few digibirds, and my cockatiel loves them! He'll give them affectionate kisses, head-bumps, and even attempt to sing with them (though his songs are drastically different from theirs). It's fascinating just how different birds' personalities can be!

Very true! I have 3 monsters and they all pack so much personality into those tiny bodies, but yet are all incredibly different. If you're interested, I have a channel dedicated just to my birds and other pets. It's called Mizzy's Parrots and there's plenty more videos of this guy on there
