If they see a reflection or something they think they could mate the action of them pulling their head back and opening their beak or bobbing their head is a feeding response as birds try to feed other birds to mate.

They’re hitting their beaks, not their heads. It’s a dominance display for males. If you tap on something near them usually they’ll start tapping back. It’s like a gorilla beating his chest

That cockatoo trying to be a "Ninja bird" is the best one. I remember my budgie like the one in one of the other clip used to go daft with bashing the beak off the fingernails, she was worse though as she'd give you a manicure at the same time and tried to get under the nail!. Crazy birds...they just love creating havoc in their wake.

The Parriot family from the largest Hyacinth Macaw to the Parakeet, are very smart and very affectionate birds. I've had smart and friendly Parakeet who always flew around and wanted to perch on my shoulder to passing me legos when I was a kid. And i dealt with Crescent Cocktoo when I was at a customer's home and this bird was also very friendly to me.
