Cute outfits, Hope! Especially that orange top in the middle of the video! Looking good! Anyway, moving on...Sorry to hear about your ankle. Since I know you had this video made earlier, any advice is probably wasted. But I've got ankle trouble myself, so I'll share it at any rate. When I was in high school, I was walking down from a building that had those wonderful concrete block steps you'll find her in the south. And I stepped too quick and went walking off into space. Landed on the side of my ankle and messed it up really good! And since I was about a quarter mile from my home, ended up walking back on that same badly sprained ankle. In my case, it did some damage to the point there it comes out of it's joint very easily and there I go again. It will usually pop right back into place, but it's going to swell huge for a few days. Ankles tend to be a pain since you pretty much have to use them and damage just seems to never fully heel. Even sprains can haunt you. What I do for mine is this...When it first happens...When possible, since I know exactly what you mean about having a job where you really can't just sit down...I pour a little tub of hot water and fill it with epson salts. Table salt if I don't have the former. Then I just let it sit in the tub. The salt will draw out some of the swelling and the hot water will ease the pain. Just warm water, not scalding hot. Unless you're insane like me and hot water doesn't bother you much. Next, the best over-the-counter solution I've found is Aleve or a generic version. It's good at reducing swelling, which is what you really need. Aspirin won't really do you any good. I have to be careful with all of that because of blood thinners I have to use, but for a normal human being, Aleve is a God send! Finally, Icy Hot can help if you're on the go. Tight socks and shoes with some Icy Hot spread liberally on the ankle can get you through a day. It's not pretty, but it works. Hope you're feeling better! The ARC sounds good. Go easy on the ankle and get well soon. I hope Mr. Hades is doing well. Poor little guy must be trying to keep up with you by losing his whisker. It happens to the best of them, though. My crazy Big Ginger cat is always finding some way to get beat up...Usually trying to do battle with butterflies. He can take on a whole gang of coyotes, but a butterfly gives him grief....Cats...Have a good one! And don't worry. My first thought when you sprang your ankle wasn't that you were imbibing. We have faith in you! Until next time...
