That waiter is not Uuno Turhapuro. Just nameless waiter played by Heikki Kinnunen.

The recommended video "Pullamme madam" is a part 2 of the skit. I recommend you watch it while you have the first one in fresh memory. It has a great self-deprecating meta-joke in there too. The premise is that the guy in blue overalls whose bottle the waiter suspects is only water has a condition where after hitting his head he is drunk when not drinking alcohol and sobers up with booze. They have another skit where they get government aid for buying booze because it's technically medicine.

that recommended video at the end there called "Pullamme madam" is continuation to this scene, where the waitress tries to keep his act together while gettinh more and more drunk by the minute.

The idea on this is that the other guy has a condition in which he has to drink alcohol to stay sober, that's why they call it medicine.

Did you know that Uuno Turhapuro has even been made into a game for the Commodore 64? The game is called "Uuno Turhapuro muuttaa maalle" (literally "Uuno Turhapuro Moves to the Countryside") and has been called one of the hardest games ever made.

Love this bit, Heikki Kinnunen (the waiter) is amazing in this one 😂 It continues a bit longer, where he starts getting "great ideas" when you are completely drunk, and he is slowly getting more and more drunk as the booze starts kicking in. Something along these lines "hey, this is going great, no one suspects a thing. I need to start drinking at work more often, or I could just be drunk at work all the time" Ps. the booze/medicine thing was one of the many plotlines in the movie. Which is the premise for this sketch, the smaller guy Sörsselssön (Simo Salminen) who had the booze bottle, has a medical condition after hitting his head where his nerves are crossed, so if he doesn't regularly drink alcohol he starts getting drunk, so he has a doctor's note to get free booze from the pharmacy and a permit to drink even in restaurants where drinking is normally illegal.

@@jarikinnunen1718 He was literally always drunk when acting, so this sketch is even more accurate 😂 But no, these movies were full of insanely talented actors that appeared in dozens and dozens of top box office movies and tv-shows. So Kinnunen being the only actor, is a pretty bad take

I believe this is from some Uuno Turhapuro movie. Those two men were friends of Uuno. Sörssensön and Härski Hartikainen. When this scene goes on that barman begin singing.

It is actually from a Uuno Turhapuro movie: Uuno Turhapuron muisti palailee pätkittäin. But it's just an iconic legendary scene from that movie where we don't see the main character uuno. This scene actually represents the Finnish sense of humour about that the people here are so stubborn and relentless when it comes to competing or winning a bet. it's all about sisu. Especially if there's free alcohol on the table we are willing to take all the risk.

And to add about Spede Pasanen, who was a comedian himself but also a movie writer, song writer, actor, and producer of these Uuno films. He practically made his fortune with TV comedy shows and Uuno films, although he produced some other good comedy movies also. During 90ies and early 00ies Uuno movies where somewhat downgraded in puclic discussion, and they were accused of "not-well-written" or "cheaply produced" or other such things. The newest one were not watched anymore so much, maybe the "generation of audience" had changed.. However, most of the finns liked the early ones (and still like them). In the Cinemas, Uuno movie was most watched movie of the year in Finland in 1973, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1985. Main actor Vesa-Matti Loiri was one of the most loved public characters in Finland. He was not only an actor, he was a really talented singer and musician. He took once part in Eurovision song contest. In sports, he played in finnish champions team 4times and he even played football as a goalie in finnish top team HJK, although for one season only. He was also top players in "Kaisa" biliiard game. He got also "Pro Finlandia" medal from President for his contribution to finnish art.

Heikki Kinnunen plays the waiter. He was often seen in comedies in the 80s and 90s. Good at creating comical characters and also could do musical comedy. His most popular character was this particular type of Finnish guy, who went around asking, if VIljo's been around: "ÄWPK - Viljo 1". In this musical bit he tells "interesting things". Like how hair grows from the brain and how the IQ gets lower and lower as the hair gets longer and longer. "You should see the set of hair on my wife's head": "Soitinmenot: Eikö olekin mielenkiintoista".

Uuno Turhapuro, played by Vesa-Matti "Vesku" Loiri, was a lazy man dressed in ragged clothes, who, thanks to his good speech, was mostly able to avoid work and solve his marriage problems, but Uuno was also good at charming women. Uuno's father-in-law, Vuorineuvos Tuura, is a director general on Tuura Group and very rich man and does not like his son-in-law at all. and always does his best to get Uuno and his daughter Elisabeht to divorce. However, most often the end result is that the father-in-law loses a large amount of money, but Uuno and Elisabeht continue their married life. The father-in-law's money would be fine for Uuno. The character of Uuno was created by Finnish entertainment multitasker Pertti "Spede" Pasanen and Vesku Loiri, who played the character. For the first time, Uuno and Uuno's wife appeared in the Spede Show TV series in 1971, although at that stage the character did not yet have an established name. Uuno was one of Spede Show's standard characters from 1971-1976 and 1984. Between 1973-2004, a total of 20 Uuno Turhapuro films were made.

Best Uuno film TMM is Häpy endkö? It is a kind of prequel about how Uuno got such a beautiful rich wife. The restraurant (ravintola)scene is very funny. An empty restaurant in which Uuno can only serve to certain tables and not the one the customer is sitting. Such fun! Another good one is the hardware store (rautakauppa) from Rautakauppias Uuno Turhapuro: presidentin vävy Being a lazy lay-about he finds a career opportunity working in a hardware store that has such slow service in Finland. 😅 Maybe not today but in the 70s it was the case.

Actually, that scetch is a scene from one of the "Uuno Turhapuro" movies. "Uuno" character was firstly introduced in scetch show "Spede Show", which was named according to other famous finnish Comedian Pertti "Spede" Pasanen. Uuno was played in scetches and in total of 20 "Uuno Turhapuro" -movies. Uuno character is kind of extremely lazy and little sleazy, yet rather intelligent and sharp finnish guy. Uuno is a parody or "spitting image" of a "finnish man" in general. Man is lazy and not so tidy and presentable but yet lovable and humorous character, who, when needed, manages his life somehow and just well enough. In different movies Uuno's life is well covered from normal day-to-day life to special situations. Like "Uuno Armeijassa" (Uuno in the Army) or "Lottovoittaja Uuno Turhapuro" (lottery winner Uuno). As in any series of films lasting for 20 movies and 4 decades, the quality of the movies varies a lot. First ones are brilliantly humoristic views of finnish man in general (and his wife played by Marjatta Raita, wifes parents and two Uunos friends (Sörsselssön played by Simo Salminen and Hartikainen (played by Spede Pasanen himself). I personally like the movie "Häpy endkö?", where Uuno and Elisabet get married. It is full of brilliant scetches and the movie works brilliantly. Few of the latest Uuno -movies where not that good as they were no more written and produced by Spede Pasanen. The series of movies also describes brilliantly the Man's dilemma. On the other hand he would like to have "normal" family life but on the other hand he just wants to hang out with his friends Sörsselssön and Hartikainen and have fun. Part of the humour comes also from the fact, that his wifes father is a rich man. So of course one of the Uunos underlying motivator to get married with Elisabet is a huge heritage waiting... here is a good scetch from "Uuno in the army" kzread.info/dash/bejne/m4mfrttsfLC4cso.html

I haven't seen all your clips so I don't know if you've seen this Scottish stand up comedian, who's moved to Finland many years ago. Ray Zambino is his name. He's made many short clips concerning his problems with the Finnish language and the Finnish culture. He's definitely one of my favorite comedians. On his channel (same name) i would suggest a few clips by the names - The problem with learning Finnish - But, you look Finnish? - What is Scotland's national animal and - Did you do the Finnish army!? I'm pretty sure you're gonna have fun with them.
